The ‘Import POD’s’ tool gives you the ability to scan Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and attach them directly to an order. The attachment will appear on the order as a “Note”.
You place the POD into your scanner and then by clicking Scan in the bottom right you will see this window:
By selecting “Start Scan”, your scanner and CMS will communicate and then you will see a preview of the scan. Once the preview has appeared, name the scan the same as the order to which the POD belongs. Once you click ‘Save’, the system will attach the scanned document to the order as a note.
